Dr. Karen Lee has proudly cared for the podiatric needs of the South Florida community for over 14 years. She is the founder and director of Podiatric Associates Foot & Ankle Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This is a full service podiatric office providing the highest care for patients of all ages. With the state of the art equipment, the most up-to-date medical and surgical techniques and a gentle approach, it is her goal to provide an experience of uncompromised excellence in podiatry.
After receiving her undergraduate from University of Florida, she attended Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. Upon graduation, she completed her intensive 3 year surgical and podiatric medicine residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Chillicothe and Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Lee is a leader in her profession. She serves as the Podiatry Division Chief at Memorial Hospital. She is also an adjunct faculty at Barry University and an attending with the Podiatric Residency at Memorial Hospital, South Florida. She is a believer is giving back to the community. Every year she organizes and collects socks for the homeless.
Dr. Lee has pride herself in offering the latest innovations, treatments and procedures to her patients especially in relation to unsightly fungal infection. Living in South Florida, everyone loves to wear open toe shoes. We know topical toenail treatments don’t always work and orals carry a risk. Dr. Lee offers a FDA approved laser treatment for the treatment of your persistent fungal infection. With help from her friendly and professional staff, we look forward to the privilege to serve you.
