Living an active lifestyle herself through ballet, running, squash and skiing/snowboarding, she is particularly sensitive to the toll that athletic activities can take on one’s feet. She is also mindful of the importance of providing treatment options that allow patients to return to their normal routines as soon as possible. Before practicing as a podiatrist in Boston, Dr. Szpiro earned a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. She then completed a two year residency in New York City where she advanced her education in surgical management of common foot disorders including bunions, bone spurs, neuromas, heel spurs.

Dr. Jordana Szpiro was raised in Southern California where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of California at Irvine before pursuing her education in podiatry. She has since moved to the area and practiced as a Boston podiatrist since 2000, treating patients from all types of backgrounds and age groups with a multitude of disorders and foot care concerns.
